Coach Jess Spadafora-Boone will provide players with personalized instruction geared to their individual or team level.  All ages and skill levels welcome.

She will help coaches and potential coaches learn and create practice plans, teach fundamentals, and understand field strategy.  All current coaches and anyone considering coaching are welcome.

About Coach Boone:  Jess has coached College Lacrosse for 10 plus years, including serving as Head Coach at Division 1 Bucknell University.  She also holds Levels 1 and 2 US Lacrosse Certification.  Jessica attended the University at Albany, NY as a Division 1 player and held several scoring records, among them leading scorer and 2000 Player of the Year. She founded her own successful Elite Travel Lacrosse Program for girls in grades 3-11 in the Hampton Roads Area of Virginia.

Where and When:     Wednesdays, Dec. 14, Jan 11, Jan 18 and Jan 25 at Reno Sportsdome

                                    Coaches:  4 pm to 5 pm chalk talk; 5:15 to 6:45 pm field time with players (optional)

                                    Players:  5:15 to 6:45 skills and drills

Cost:                           Players $150, Coaches $25

Requirements:           Players must have their own stick, goggles and mouthpiece.
