2022 Tournament Calendar and Program Information
Avalanche is the “select” or “travel” component of High Sierra Lacrosse programming, providing competitive, affordable and fun travel and development opportunities for youth and high school in northern Nevada and the Tahoe-Truckee area.
AVALANCHE GOALS
1. Set the bar high, keep the costs low. No player will be turned away because of an inability to pay.
2. Field successful tournament teams that can compete with the best.
3. Develop resilient, creative and enthusiastic athletes at all levels.
4. Build bonds within our lacrosse community, and foster a culture of excellence throughout our region.
Avalanche Accolades!
US Club Lacrosse ranked the Avalanche boys program the #1 Overall Club Program in Nevada, with the highest ranked average of all club lacrosse programs across all age groups.
Avalanche Boys 2025, 2026 and 2027 age groups were Nevada’s #1 Club teams!
Avalanche Girls 2022 and 2025 age groups were Nevada’s #1 Club teams!
