FALL BALL - for novice to advanced players grades 2 - 12

Fall ball

Novice to advanced players will learn and improve skills, and get informal game experience. Hone skills and learn new ones on weekdays, put them to work on the weekends at inter league scrimmages in 3v3, 6v6 and full field formats. Athletes playing other Fall sports are encouraged to drop in and play when they are able. Full gear required.

WHEN Session Days/Times

Begins the week of 9/1
Ends 10/25 with optional Halloween 3v3 Tournament
2x week (one weekday, one Sat) beginning the week of 9/1.
12 Sessions; No sessions week of 10/6 for Fall break

Saturdays all areas meet at Billinghurst Middle School for scrimmages/clinics
Weekday sessions will be community based
- Spanish Springs at Eagle Canyon Park
- South Reno at Virginia Foothills Park
- North Reno at Billinghurst Middle School

High School

Boys sessions combined at Miguel Ribera Park
Girls sessions combined at TBD

COST: $175, includes reversible

Fall Beginners 3v3 - for brand new and beginner players grades 2 - 12

Brand new and beginning players can try lacrosse in a fun game format.
Learn to throw, catch and play lacrosse in no time, with soft balls, small teams and simple rules. No protective gear required.

Beging 9/8; Ends 10/27
Mondays, 5-6:30 pm

No session week of 10/6 for WCSD Fall break

COST: $85, includes reversible; $15 additional for above plus a stick to keep

REQUIREMENTS: Lacrosse stick, cleats optional

FALL 6U COED - for 4 to 6 year olds

This is the newest player’s introduction to the game, and focuses on FUN, fundamentals, simple rules of play and good sportsmanship. Play with softballs, no protective gear required.

AVALANCHE FALL/WINTER Travel - for advanced boys and girls grades 3-12

ADVANCED players ready for strong competition and a travel lacrosse experience should give Avalanche a try! Travel teams will compete in two-four regional tournaments. Avalanche is not for beginning players, and travel rosters will be filled with the best available players. Players are not guaranteed a spot on any given tournament roster.
